Genia Bonyun, BA, LMT
Owner
Creator of the Aza Method
Genia Bonyun, LMT was nationally licensed in 2009 by the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards. She is a professional Member of Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals. Genia received training in several massage modalities, including the Lauterstein Deep Massage Method, from the Lauterstein Conway Massage School in Austin, Texas, one of the nation’s leading massage schools.
Certifications include Hot Stone Massage, the Hemme Approach to Pain, and certification in infant massage instruction. Genia also regularly trains in new bodywork modalities that address pain, and invests time in learning the most up-to-date research in the field of massage.
Genia holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Hampshire College with a unique, self-designed focus in movement studies, involving research into anatomy and physiology, kinesthetics, Laban Movement Analysis and psychology of touch.

Melissa Metry, Licensed Massage Therapist
Melissa Metry, LMT received her training from the Lauterstein Conway Massage School in Austin, Texas, one of the nation’s leading massage schools. She specializes in structural massage and integrative bodywork. Melissa has been a practicing massage therapist for over twenty-seven years.
Melissa assists at Balance Massage and Bodywork with Couples Massage and Pediatric Massage.
